RETURN POLICY

At PokeZenBox, we take pride in offering authentic, sealed Pokémon TCG products sourced directly from Japan and other official distributors. Your satisfaction is our priority, and while most of our items are final sale due to the collectible nature of trading cards, we do allow limited returns under specific conditions outlined below.


✅ Eligibility for Returns

You may be eligible for a return or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong item (e.g., incorrect product, language version, or variation)

  • The product arrived damaged, not sealed, or with significant factory defects

  • Your order was lost or misdelivered (subject to shipping carrier investigation)

Please note that all return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order, as confirmed by your tracking number.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to the collectible and sensitive nature of our products, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or unsealed products (Elite Trainer Boxes, booster packs, booster boxes, etc.)

  • Cards pulled from sealed products

  • Preorder items after they have shipped

  • TCG Live or digital code cards

  • Items returned outside of the 7-day return window


🔄 Exchanges

We offer exchanges only if:

  • The product shipped was incorrect

  • The item was damaged or defective upon delivery

All exchange requests are subject to product availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.


💰 Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are processed only after the item has been inspected and confirmed eligible.

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • Items are returned damaged due to improper packaging

  • Non-returnable items are sent back without approval

  • Return shipping is not prepaid by the customer (unless the return is our error)


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), we will cover return shipping costs.

  • For all other eligible returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
    We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the safe return of your product.

  • Full name and order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Our customer service team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.

  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

  • We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments — please ensure proper packaging.

  • Repeated return abuse or chargeback activity may result in account restrictions.
